“I grew up watching Caleb dominate the Intermountain section, and admired his success as one of the top juniors in the nation and one of the first players in the area to earn a scholarship to a top Division 1 program. He was incredibly tenacious, strong, competitive, fit, and has a deep understanding of the game. He also had a remarkable down-the-line backhand, power, speed, ball-striking ability, and an overall lethal aggressive power baseline game. He is an asset to tennis not only in Colorado, but the U.S. I am confident that Caleb can share his skill, experience, and understanding of technique, fitness and competition to help take your tennis to the next level.”

“Very few tennis teaching professionals truly understand and teach proper biomechanics. Caleb is one of the rare exceptions. He knows that real power, spin, accuracy begins from the ground up—like a whip—building through the legs, hips, shoulders, arm, and finally releasing through the racquet. Caleb learned early in his teaching career a fundamental truth: you hit the ball with your body, not just your arm. That understanding is what sets him apart. He is one of the finest tennis professionals I have ever worked with, and I highly recommend learning from a true, knowledgeable tennis professional like Caleb Marquardt."(Former USPTA President)

I had taken tennis lessons for over 30 years and from 8-10 different coaches as a 3.5 player before I met Caleb. I will never forget the very first thing Caleb told me before we began our private lesson: “Thomas, before we get started I want you to know, the two most important critical key factors to tennis are staying loose and hitting with a good contact point; without these, it will be very hard to improve. What stroke do you want to work on today?” I said high ball forehands. Caleb helped me improve my forehand dramatically, in less than 10 minutes using those two key factors. I never knew how important those two key factors play into every stroke in Tennis. Within nine months went from a 3.5 to a 4.0 player. Caleb is hands-down the best tennis coach I have ever known.

“You won’t find a more knowledgeable tennis coach in Colorado. His track record proves this with his coaching and playing accomplishments. He has trained several world champion tennis players, both juniors and adults. Tennis is obviously a very intricate sport, especially in regard to technique. Being said, Caleb will help you understand and master every stroke in the simplest form."
